Schöne Lage, sauber und gemütlich. Einziger Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Eingang des Gebäudes, sodass man ständig die Leute hört, die ein- und ausgehen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe von Geschäften und der U-Bahn. Sie wurde renoviert und verfügt nun über ein schönes Badezimmer. Einziger Nachteil ist das unbequeme Schlafsofa.
