Der Türcode für die Wohnung funktionierte nicht, und der Code für den Schlüsselsafe fehlte in den Check-in-Unterlagen. Unter der angegebenen Kundenservice-Nummer war niemand erreichbar. Nach einem Anruf bei einer anderen Nummer dauerte es eine Stunde, bis ich endlich in die Wohnung kam. Die Duschkopfhalterung ist kaputt, und der größere Duschkopf spritzt nur aus der Hälfte Wasser. Insgesamt eine furchtbare Erfahrung und ein miserabler Kundenservice. Zum Glück habe ich nur zwei statt der ursprünglich geplanten acht Nächte gebucht.
