Ich hatte eine furchtbare Erfahrung mit dem Gastgeber und der Plattform. Die Wohnung entsprach überhaupt nicht den Online-Bildern. Als ich ankam, stellte ich fest, dass die Betten, die angeblich für vier Personen sein sollten, Kinderbetten waren. Meine zierliche Freundin setzte sich auf das Bett, und es brach komplett zusammen. Es wurde nur noch von einem einzigen Holzbrett gehalten. Das ganze Bett fiel auseinander. Es gab keine Handtücher, und die Stühle waren ebenfalls in einem desolaten Zustand. Ich rief an, beschwerte mich über die Wohnung und teilte mit, dass ich nicht bleiben würde. Ich schilderte den Vorfall, aber man zeigte keinerlei Hilfsbereitschaft. Zuerst stimmte man mir eine Rückerstattung zu, dann fing man an, mir Probleme zu bereiten und behauptete, ich hätte nicht auf den von ihnen geschickten Gutachter gewartet, nachdem ich meine Abreise angekündigt hatte. Schließlich weigerte man sich, mir das Geld zurückzuerstatten, und tat so, als ob wir schuld wären. Absolut unprofessionell! Ich werde weder diesen Josh noch VRBO jemals wieder nutzen.
