Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal mitten im Marin-Viertel. Sehr zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Leider hat nur ein Schlafzimmer ein Aussenfenster. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider sind einige Töpfe nicht für den vorhanden Induktionsherd geeignet. Ansonsten sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Der Checkin war extrem umständlich und Kompliziert. Man bekam von FEWO.-Direkt und Belvilla diverse Mails in den unterschiedliche Zugangsdaten vermerkt waren, die nicht so easy zu finden waren. Bei der Schlüsselabgabe war der Kiosk trotz angegebener Öffnungszeiten nicht geöffnet und man musste sich wieder ewiglich durch den tTelefon-Support durchklicken, bis man endlich den richtigen Ansprechpartner erreicht hat.

Diese Wohnung liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel mit guter Anbindung an U-Bahn und Bus. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche und Badezimmer waren bestens ausgestattet. Einzig die An- und Abreiseprozeduren könnten etwas vereinfacht werden.
