Die Buchungsabwicklung ist katastrophal. Bei der Ankunft müssen wir den Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abholen, wo Parken verboten ist. Dann stellt sich heraus, dass der von uns angegebene Code falsch ist, sodass wir erneut anrufen müssen. Wir reisen morgen ab und wissen überhaupt nicht, wo wir den Schlüssel abgeben sollen. An wen sollen wir uns wenden? Holidu? Belvila? Checkmyguest?
