Ich habe kürzlich in dieser schönen Wohnung im Viertel Rochechouart übernachtet und war angenehm überrascht, wie geräumig sie war. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe, und das Wohnzimmer war ein gemütlicher Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Pariser Erkundungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung. Allerdings gab es KEINE Klimaanlage. Ich hatte eine Bewertung gelesen, in der ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage beschrieben wurde, und deshalb vor meiner Abreise über VRBO nachgefragt. Das Unternehmen informierte mich jedoch nicht im Voraus über etwaige Probleme. Bei meiner Ankunft in der Wohnung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um ein schwerwiegendes elektrisches Problem handele und die Wohnung zur Behebung gesperrt werden müsse. Daher stünden wir die ganze Woche ohne Klimaanlage da. Das war ärgerlich, da sich eines der Schlafzimmer im obersten Stockwerk befindet und dort sehr heiß wird (die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen).
Was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde, ist der Hausverwalter – checkyourguest, der die Unterkunft im Auftrag von Bellavilla betreut. Die Mitarbeiter sind fantastisch und arbeiten in der Nähe der Wohnung, sodass man jederzeit vorbeischauen und mit ihnen sprechen kann (was ich aufgrund des Klimaanlagenproblems auch tun musste).
Wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte, wäre es eine fantastische Unterkunft gewesen.
