Die Lage der Wohnung war zwar super (weniger als zwei Blocks zur U-Bahn, direkt neben einem Supermarkt), aber es gab einige Punkte, die sie für eine vierköpfige Familie mit kleinen Kindern ungeeignet machten:
- Die Online-Bilder entsprachen nicht der Wohnung.
- Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und dem Vermietungsportal war verwirrend und schwierig.
- Es gab nicht genügend Bettwäsche für vier Gäste.
- Durch den Umbau der Dusche ließen sich die Türen nicht mehr schließen; der Abfluss im Badezimmer musste entfernt werden, damit das Wasser ablaufen konnte.
- Die Küchenspüle war winzig.
Der Gastgeber reagierte nicht und war nicht hilfsbereit.
- Die Straße war sehr laut.
