Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus "Dolina". Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft bezogen, das Haus war sauber und wir haben die großzügige Fläche sehr genossen. Lediglich der Garten war etwas anders, als wir es uns anhand der Fotos vorgestellt hatten; es gab nicht wirklich Rasen zum Spielen, aber die beiden hatten trotzdem viel Spaß.

Das Cottage war sauber und ordentlich. Bettwäsche, Bettdecken und Handtücher waren vorhanden.
Aber es gab KEIN Warmwasser, sodass wir die Dusche nicht benutzen konnten.
Nachdem wir den Eigentümer kontaktiert hatten, sagten sie ihm, er solle die Sicherung des Boilers einschalten, aber an diesem Tag, Samstag, konnten sie nicht duschen. Nachdem man den ganzen Tag gelaufen und viel geschwitzt hat, sehnt man sich wirklich nach einer heißen Dusche.
Die Antwort lautet: „Madam, ich kann auch nicht zaubern“, und er legt auf. Ein freundliches „Oh je …“
Fünf Stunden später schrieben sie mir aus dem Restaurant zurück. Es war jetzt 19:30 Uhr und das Wasser hatte 38 °C. Am Sonntag war das Wasser absolut warm.
Ansonsten war es in Ordnung.
Wenn Sie Probleme mit dem Warmwasser haben, sagen Sie es den Mietern, und Sir, seien Sie etwas freundlicher!
