Das Haus entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und den damit verbundenen Erwartungen. Von dem freistehenden Haus mit geräumigen Schlafzimmern ist in der Beschreibung die Rede. Es wird nicht erwähnt, dass das Haus nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung ist und zwei weitere Mieteinheiten untergebracht sind. Da das Haus extrem hellhörig ist wirkt das schon sehr störend. Die Schlafzimmer sind winzig. Man gerade so um das Bett gehen. AuÃ_x009f_erdem war das Haus schlecht gereinigt, überall Spinnweben und Staub, die Dunstabzugshaube verschmutzt und fettig.
