Cancellation conditions:
The following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 50 days before the day of arrival 30% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 30 days before the day of arrival 60% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 15 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.
In the event of travel/accommodation bans due to coronavirus, free cancellation is of course possible until the day of arrival.

Holiday destination
We are located at about 1900m above sea level directly in the Carinthian Nock Mountains at Heidialm/Falkert. Whether in summer for hiking or in winter for the ski slopes - everything is easily accessible on foot from our chalets. In the immediate vicinity is the children's adventure park Heidialm, Falkertsee, the starting point for many hiking routes from easy to challenging, the ski slopes of the small family ski area Falkert, inns, ski school, via ferratas, and much more. At a distance of about 15-20 minutes by car, you can find two large ski areas, a summer toboggan run, two thermal baths, and much more.
