Der Pluspunkt dieses Hauses: seine Lage. Es liegt zwischen einer halben und einer Stunde von Kortrijk, Tournai, Brüssel, Mons und Gent entfernt und in einer Stunde und 15 bis 30 Minuten von den Nordseestränden und Brügge.
Die Minuspunkte:
1. Die HauptstraÃ_x009f_e verläuft direkt am Haus entlang: Autos, Motorräder, Lkw, Traktoren â_x0080_¦ Es ist schwierig, den schönen Garten und die atemberaubende Aussicht bei diesem ständigen Lärm richtig zu genieÃ_x009f_en.
2. Die Matratzen und Lattenroste sind furchtbar unbequem.
3. Die Treppe, die eher einer Leiter gleicht: extrem gefährlich!
4. Sauberkeit: Ein anhaltender, unangenehmer Geruch in der Küche; wir mussten einen Lufterfrischer kaufen. Auch im Wohnzimmer riecht es unangenehm, da zwei Fenster vernagelt sind und wir nicht lüften können. Die Bettwäsche ist nicht sauber: Flecken, Ränder â_x0080_¦ Die Handtücher sind nicht besser. Sie riechen nicht gutâ_x0080_¦
5. Der Preis: 492 â_x0082_¬ + 50 â_x0082_¬ Reinigungsgebühr. Für diesen Preis erwartet man Komfort und Sauberkeit! Es ist wirklich schade, denn abgesehen von der StraÃ_x009f_e und dem Treppenhaus, was leider nicht möglich ist, ist der Komfort sehr gering: Ein bisschen mehr Mühe bei der Reinigung, ordentliche Betten, saubere Decken und Kissen im Wohnzimmer, und man könnte den StraÃ_x009f_enlärm wenigstens für eine Weile vergessen!

GroÃ_x009f_es, komfortables Haus. Alles ist vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Möbel, Leseecke, Fernseher usw.). Ein Paradies für Kinder (Sandkasten, Spielhaus, unzählige Spielsachen). Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Zufahrt ist für groÃ_x009f_e und vor allem breite Autos etwas schwierig.
