Cancellation fees for travel restrictions by Covid 19.
- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The water is warm enough to swim in by April.
Until the end of May the conditions are ideal for cycling, walking or golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
Holiday destination
The little town has managed to stay away from the island’s mass tourism. I was drawn to its quaintness, the ancient stonework and winding lanes, the Main Square with its little cafés and restaurants. To the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente or Port Pollensa it takes 10 minutes drive by car.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Martina and the property manager Rodolfo were very helpful, responsive and the communication was good. We had been on Majorca for a week and were able to drop our bags of early and we’re left a lovely cake on arrival.The villa is as described and is good value for money. A short work into Pollenca old town plus easy to get to supermarkets and port de Pollenca. The upstairs has been updated but the villa would benefit from some further upgrades like bedding, mattresses and kitchen utensils along with better provision for BBQ and an extra sun bed. The roof terrace was good but could be made into a brilliant space.The villa is still very nice and I would still highly recommend. It is peaceful the fridge freezer is modern and large and the outside space is beautiful. We were two families with 4 teenagers aged 13-16 and there was plenty of space and we had great time.
