Wir hatten vor Kurzem das Glück, zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Taubenberg zu verbringen.
Als wir bei unserer Ankunft aus dem Auto stiegen, begrüßte uns nicht nur der einmalige Ausblick in die Auenlandschaft, sondern auch herzlich und freundlich die Gastgeberin.
Das Ferienhaus steht auf dem weitläufigen und wunderschön angelegten Grundstück, das viele Überraschungen in Form von kleinen, lauschigen Sitzecken, üppig blühenden Blumen und seltenen Bäumen und Sträuchern bereithält, etwas erhöht und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den gepflegten Garten, den Wald und das Tal. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack so eingerichtet, dass man sich als Gast willkommen und rundum wohl fühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Eine süße, selbstgebackene Überraschung war die perfekte Einstimmung auf unseren Urlaub. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, ihre Fürsorge und der Wunsch, uns eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit zu bereiten, war jeden Tag spürbar und erfüllt uns mit großer Dankbarkeit.
Die erhoffte Ruhe konnten wir hier finden und haben so manchen Sommernachmittag auf der Terrasse des Häuschens verbracht, nur begleitet vom Zwitschern der Vögel, dem entfernten Schauben der Pferde und einem guten Buch.
Das Ferienhaus liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Ortskerns von Rinteln, der mit dem Auto jedoch unproblematisch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Es ist der ideale Ort zum Ausruhen und Auftanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
