1.1 Tenants may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. The landlord will try to find another tenant. If the landlord manages to find a replacement tenant for the duration of the stay, the original tenant will receive their deposit back in full. 1.2 If no replacement tenant is found by up to 14 days before the original check-in date, the original tenant is obliged to pay 25% of the rental price (equal to the down payment) to the landlord. Thereafter, 100% of the rental price must be paid if no tenant has been found. Taking this into consideration, the tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Seit 2012 (!) verbringen wir unsere wertvollste Zeit des Jahres im Blackrock Cabin. Das Cabin hat eine großartige Lage. Hoch oben auf dem Blackrock inmitten eines riesigen Grundstücks gelegen hat man freien Blick aufs Meer, nicht nur von der tollen Terrasse, sondern von jedem Fenster im Wohnbereich aus. Zum Berg hin grenzt das Grundstück an ein Waldstück, aus dem auch schonmal ein Reh oder ein Fuchs zu Besuch kommen. Das heißt Erholung pur. Die Einrichtung des Cabin lässt ebenso an nichts fehlen. Es ist liebevoll an alles gedacht, was man braucht, um den Urlaub, selbst wenn es einmal regnen sollte, auch drinnen genießen zu können. Nicht zuletzt muss man unbedingt die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin erwähnen, die sich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste kümmert. 10 von 5 Sternen!
