Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Although Cala d’Or is a very touristic area, the house is located in a residential area which does not have much traffic, so it is quite easy to park the car. It is also a peaceful place because it is far from most hotels and other touristic features. At the same time most facilities you may need during your stay are very easy to reach: bars, pharmacy, ATM, boat excursions, health centre, etc. In a two-minute walk you can get to Cala Gran Beach. By car it will take you 10 minutes to reach Parc Natural de Mondragó or 30 minutes if you want to visit Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi. Palma is 60 km far away. It is worth a visit as there are many cultural, touristic and shopping routes. This accommodation is perfect for relax seekers who want to be very close to the sea!
