If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the south coast and to Colonia Sant Jordi, surrounded by dreamlike beaches as Playa des Carbó, Playa des Port, Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. In Colonia de Sant Jordi you can try fresh fish and seafood, as there are lots of good restaurants.
