Holiday destination
The small village of Mittelnkirchen is located between Hamburg and the North Sea, in the middle of the "Altes Land", the famous fruit growing area on the Elbe and its idyllic tributaries.
You can take long walks and cycling tours on top of the river dikes and enjoy the marvellous view of expansive orchards, pretty half-timbered home and ocean-going giants passing by on the Elbe. Particularly lovely here is of course the fruit tree blossoms, but also the Al at any other time
Getting there
Bab A1 Bremen toward Hamburg exit Sittensen toward Apsenen after Horneburg. From there along the Lühe through Neuenkirchen to Mittelnkirchen.
Alternatively exit Rade toward Buxtehude, from there through the Alte Land through Estebrügge, Jork to Mittelnkirchen.
Coming from the south on the Bab A7 toward Elbtunnel exit Moorburg. On Obstmarchenweg through Francop, Neuenfelde, Hove, Königreich Jork to Mittelnkirchen

Sehr große saubere FeWo direkt hinter dein Deich . Alles gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Nette Gastgeberin , herzlich und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder . Fam. Lang aus Sachsen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist sonnig und ruhig. Blumen, Obst und Konfitüre standen zur Begrüßung da. Frau Garrn hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und jede Unterhaltung mit ihr war herzlich. Wir waren das erste Mal im Alten Land und werden wieder herkommen um noch mehr zu entdecken. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Danke Familie Garrn.
