Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The resignation must be made in writing. In the case of a rear passage, be the replacement of the damage committed. The amount of compensation adjusts the civil code § 651 i paragraph 2 with the following flat rates:
up to 120 days before arrival 10% of the total amount, up to 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the total price,
up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the total price, up to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total price
Amounts already paid shall be charged. On a cancellation, the full travel price is less than 30 days before beginning of the rent to pay. Each one of the date of receipt of your cancellation message.
A replacement person who occurs to the conditions set out in your contract, it is possible of course you. A written notice is sufficient.

Location: 30 km east of Schwerin; Forests, lakes, without mass tourism, little traffic, an insider's tip
Trips to the surroundings: Slavic settlement to Groß Raden, Castle and Zoo to Schwerin.
Only 30 minutes drive to the Baltic Sea. Camp Lake is only 200 metres from our doorstep. Particularly popular destinations: the nature and environment Park in Güstrow and the Red Sea (5 km away).

Übrigens an die Leser : Wir haben in den letzten Jahren ständig unser Angebot ausgebaut. Seit gut drei Wochen gibt es z.B. einen sehr schönen Kaffeeplatz im Innenhof. Auch das Kinderparadies hat mit einem Kletterdom und einem Spielhaus Zuwachs erhalten. Wir geben uns immer große Mühe.

Wir haben eine ruhige Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden. Sehr schön gelegen, von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen (auch sehr empfehlenswert mit dem Rad). Viele Seen in der Umgebung bzw fußläufig. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht und wir konnten auch im Garten gemütlich zum Abend sitzen. Bei Fragen und Wünschen waren unsere Gastgeber stets erreichbar - und super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
