Booking:
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking security) and the issuance of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in event of a cancellation. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
No later than 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed to total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show: the total price must be paid. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.

We recommend that you take out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with no stress. Both apartments were newly renovated and furnished in winter 2020!
COVID 19: as always, the apartment will be cleaned and disinfected very thoroughly;
the air will also be sterilised with a disinfection device. Each apartment is also equipped with
disinfectant, so nothing stands in the way of a safe and relaxing holiday!

On our farm we offer for "large guests" a table tennis table, sunbathing area, cosy covered barbecue area with seating area and barbecue and mountain bikes; for the "little ones" a tree house, pedal tractor, sandpit with sand toys, climbing rope and 2 swings, and a great monkey swing for the older children.
Holiday destination
The 'Health Spa at the Nature Park' Völs am Schlern is located at the base of the Sciliar at 880 m above sea level. We are located in the idyllic neighbourhood of Ums, about 4 km from Völs. Our quiet detached location with stunning panoramic views invites you to relax and unwind. The famous Alpe di Siusi is about 6 km away, the rose garden area can be reached in about 15 km.
The lovely state capital of Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch selbst gebackenem Kuchen herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nette und herzliche Menschen, auch ihre Tochter hat sich toll mit unseren Kindern verstanden.
Für die Kinder waren die Tiere ein echtes Highlight: Mini-Schafe, Hasen, Hühner, junge Kälber und sogar ein begehbarer Kuhstall.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt, geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Das neue Bad mit großer Dusche ist toll. Dazu gibt es Brötchenservice, frische Milch direkt vom Stall und eine perfekte Lage. Der Bus fährt stündlich und vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir waren erstmals in dieser Region zum Skifahren und auf dem Trafisölerhof der Familie Rabensteiner . Die gepflegte Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und küchenmäßig gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon kann man die die herrliche Aussicht ins Tal genießen. Vom Haus sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus, der die Skifahrer zur Seiser Alm mit top Pisten befördert.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche, offene , hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Art der ganzen Familie Rabensteiner. Angenehm war der tägliche Backwarenservice und die frische Milch.
Die Kids konnten mit viel Spaß das bäuerliche Leben erkunden.
Wir haben uns als Familie auf dem Trafisölerhof sehr wohl gefühlt und können ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
