In case of later cancellation the whole rent has to be paid, as long as it is not possible to rent the rented property for the same time.

Die Casa Panoramica bietet modernen Komfort und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bereits vorhanden. Der Blick ist tatsächlich nicht zu bezahlen und der Pool sehr schön. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Strasse und man hört außer Vogelgezwitscher nichts! Auch ist eine Doppelbelegung mit anderen Mietern ausgeschlossen, sodass man völlige Privatsspäre hat. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und direkt. Herzliche lieben Dank an Frau Peschel dafür.
