Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is about 3.5 kilometers east of the center of Timmendorfer Strand and belongs to the district of Ostholstein in the Bay of Lübeck.
Enjoy the flair of the Niendorf harbour, the beautiful diversity of nature, the mild bracing climate and last but not least the sun, beach, wind and sea.
Timmendorfer Strand can be easily reached on foot or by bike. Lübeck, Travemünde and Scharbeutz are in the immediate vicinity and can be quickly reached by car.
Getting there
... by car:
The best way to reach Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf by car is via the A1 towards Travemünde. Then follow the signs to Timmendorfer Strand.
... by train:
You travel relaxed with the direct IC connection from the Rhine and Ruhr areas as well as Hamburg to Timmendorfer Strand. From Hamburg Hbf you can take the new air-conditioned regional trains to Timmendorfer Strand every hour after your long-distance trains via Lübeck. In summer you can even take the Hamburger Strand-Express directly from Hamburg to us on the Bay of Lübeck on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Host informationOf course, Niendorf is known in the summer months, when the cool water invites you to take a long swim. Above all, nature and the elements, the rough sea climate and the ever-changing colors can be felt even more intensively in the other three seasons. Because the feeling of returning to the holiday home after a long walk on the beach in the crystal-clear winter air is sensational. That's why you should definitely come in autumn, winter or spring and you will experience a completely different holiday. But always one that ensures lasting, deep relaxation.

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Es befindet sich alles in der Wohnung, was man benötigt. Auch eine kleine möblierte Terrasse. Der Strand und die Seebrücke befinden sich in kurzer Distanz zur Wohnung.
Die Schlüsselabholung bei der Verwaltung (befindet sich in 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Wohnung) empfanden wir etwas "kühl". Evtl. hat die Dame auch nur einen stressigen Tag gehabt, aber man könnte sich wenigstens namentlich vorstellen.
Die Tiefgarage ist für größere PKW fast nicht befahrbar, sehr eng. Ein-/Ausfahrt nur in mehreren Zügen möglich.
PKW höher als 1,50m können dort nicht parken, da dort zwei PKW übereinander parken (Lift-System) und es sonst zu Beschädigungen kommen kann.
Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich in unserem OstseeSchätzchen wohl gefühlt haben und Sie sich gut erholen konnten. Der Stellplatz ist wirklich etwas speziell, deswegen der Hinweis unter dem Punkt Stellplatz mit der Höhe von max. 1,50m. Allerdings lässt sich die 1,50m Höhe vom Stellplatz umgehen, wenn das Auto rückwärts auf die Parkfläche gefahren wird. Die 1,50m gelten für den Parkplatz, wenn man beabsichtigt, vorwärts einzuparken. Um ungewollte Schäden am PKW zu vermeiden, ist die Eignung des Stellplatzes vorab zu prüfen.
