The holiday home is located in a lovely urbanization, very quiet. You can walk to the beach, it's less than 10 minutes on foot.
There are restaurants, shops and the promenade nearby, and there are various areas for long walks, everything less than fifteen minutes away on foot. Paddle tennis courts only 15 minutes away on foot. Jandía golf course has 18 holes.
It is twenty minutes away from the apartment on foot. The distance to the town of Morro Jable is 1.5 km.

Wir haben in diesem Jahr zum dritten mal dieses Appartement gebucht und sind weiterhin mit dem persönlichen Kontakt, der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit und natürlich der guten Lage mit Sicht auf den Atlantik äußerst zufrieden. Der Urlaub begann mit der 1. Stunde. Der Vermieter, Herr López ist immer erreichbar. Danke auch an Antonio für die wöchentliche gute Pool-Reinigung und natürlich an Lola für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Es ist eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft die sehr geräumig ist. Die nächsten zwei Aufenthalte sind bereits gebucht.
