Cancellation policy
The reservation will be guaranteed after a deposit of 1/3 of the total price is paid. This will not be refunded in case of cancellation (according to Art. 1.385 of the Italian civil code).
Cancellations by the guest between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price

The Stevia apartment building is located in an especially sunny and quiet location of Wolkenstein and offers and ideal starting point for hikes and skiing in the midst of the beautiful Dolomites.
The entrance to the Sella Runde as well as the ski areas are nearly on the doorstep. In the summer, our guests can find many hiking trails and playground nearly right in front of the house. A lovely garden surrounds our house and offers a place to relax.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Panorama. - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und einem fantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse. - Wir haben unsere Zeit mit vielen Wanderaktivitäten verbracht. Davon gibt es in der näheren Umgebung mehr als genug.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jedemfall weiterempfehlen.

Wenn man das Atelier in der Villa Stevia betritt, fällt der Blick sofort auf die großen Fenster und durch sie hindurch auf der einen Seite auf die Sella und den Langkofel und auf der anderen Seite auf die grünen Wiesen, in denen die Herbstzeitzlosen blühen.
Dann bemerkt man die besondere architektonische Struktur der Wohnung und die gelungene Aufteilung von Wohnraum, Schlafraum, Küche und Bad. Dazu gehört eine kleiner aber ausreichender Balkon nach Süden.
Alle Räumlichkeiten sind blitzsauber, ebenso die Kücheneinrichtung, in der sich gut für zwei Personen kochen lässt.
Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden, falls wir noch einmal nach Wolkenstein kämen, wieder hier Quartier nehmen.
