Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts must be paid as compensation, unless the property can be rented out to someone else.
Cancellation up to
* 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
* 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
* 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
* less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
The landlord assures that they will make an effort to rent the property to someone else.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
The cancellation must be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the landlord receives the cancellation notice.
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
"Antica Torre" is located in Cipressa, on the southern slope above the medieval town center on the edge of a nature reserve. You absolutely must take a walk, hike, or jog here - a magnificent view of the sea will always accompany you. A famous mountain bike trail invites you to extensive activities. Although you live in absolute quiet, far from the noise of the streets, you can quickly reach the center of Cipressa, where you will find two good restaurants, a bar with an overwhelming view of the sea, as well as a grocery and magazine store and a pharmacy. In just a few enjoyable (wonderful view!) minutes by car, you reach the lively Riviera (about 3 km from Cipressa). A bus that runs several times a day from Cipressa will also take you to the bathing beach. The Riviera of Flowers and Palms beckons with countless gems for excursions. Cipressa itself is about 16 km from the fashionable Sanremo and 9 km from the romantic Porto Maurizio (Imperia). Close to Monaco and Nice (airport!).

Die Wohnung bietet Zugang zu einem sehr schönen, voll umzäunten Garten mit Bäumen, Riesenagaven, Palmen und vielen Schatten- und Ruheplätzen, die meine beiden Seniorhunde voll und ganz genossen haben. Der Meerblick von Wohnung und der kleinen Terrasse war mein tägliches Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst ist nett eingerichtet, das Bett war ganz hervorragend und ich habe alles vorgefunden, was ich benötigt hatte. Es gibt ein tolles grosses Wander- und Gassigebiet in der Nähe und unzählige Wegvarianten, sodass kein Spaziergang zweimal gleich ausfallen muss.
Wer gerne das echt italienische Autofahrgefühl erleben möchte, wird die Anfahrt zur Wohnung über die teilweise schmale kurvige Strasse lieben:-)

Wir haben eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche verbracht, das Haus mit Anwesen wurde jedem von uns gerecht. Ob unsere Teenager mit separatem Schlaf- und Badezimmer, unser Husky der im komplett eingezäunten Garten frei toben konnte oder wir als Eltern einfach mal auf Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick die Seele baumeln lassen. Alles ist genau wie im Angebot beschrieben, man spürt beim ersten Betreten wieviel Liebe und Blick fürs Detail das Haus eingerichtet wurde.Die tropischen Pflanzen im großzügigen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und absolut traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer lassen einen den stressigen Alltag sofort vergessen.
Die Umgebung ist für Wanderer und Naturliebhaber perfekt, im Dorf gibt es zwei tolle Restaurants, einen Lidl (sogar Sonntags geöffnet!) und tolle Strände. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!
