Die sehr schöne und moderne Fewo liegt im Souterrain eines großen Einfamilienhauses der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ortsteil von Aying. Die S-Bahn ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar und innerhalb von 30 min ist man in der Münchner Innenstadt. Aber auch Ausflugsziele wie Bad Tölz, Garmisch oder Rosenheim sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zahlreiche Tipps wie Fahrzeiten der S-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hell eingerichtet, was mir sehr gefallen hat.
Obwohl sie im Souterain liegt, ist sie sehr hell.
Was mir gefehlt hat ist ein Geschirrspüler.
Familie Herz ist sehr sympatisch und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, kurz zu Fuß zur S-Bahn nach München und die Seen und Berge sind schnell zu erreichen.
