Cancellation policy
No cancellation fees for cancellations made up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date (excluding processing fee)
A fee of 70% of the entire booking price will be charged for cancellations made up to 2 months before the agreed arrival date
A fee of 100% of the entire booking price will be charged for no-shows and for cancellations made up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date
The full price (100%) will be charged for late arrivals, early departures, or if some members of the party do not arrive

The "Casamarai" apartment house is located on the southern slope of the "Kohlmais", Saalbach's local mountain.
It's just five minutes to the centre on foot.

Getting there
Head into to Saalbach, then take a right turn into the tunnel at the petrol station.
When you get to the middle of the tunnel, take a left turn and drive out of the tunnel onto Schiliftstraße ("ski lift street"). Keep heading straight on until you drive into Ronachweg.
Drive a short way further on, then take a left into Oberer Ronachweg. Head along the road until you arrive at the "CASAMARAI" apartment house.
