Cancellation policy
We have the right to cancel the contract if the deposit is not paid within 14 days of booking confirmation.
Before the start of the rental period, the guest may withdraw from the rental agreement by means of a written declaration to the landlord.
The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
- Cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20%
- Cancellation up to 35 day prior to arrival: 50%
- Afterwards and in case of no-show: 100%

By car from HH on the A7 towards Flensburg
Exit: Schleswig Schuby
on the B201 towards Kappeln
Just before the “Kappeln” sign, turn right to Arnis
DER ARNISSER is at the white house on the right as you drive into Arnis
Drive straight onto the gravel driveway.

Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt in der ruhigen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es die Möglichkeit für entspannte Spaziergänge in der Stadt Arnis an der Schlei.
