Enjoy the tranquil location of our place at the entrance to the Ötztal Valley. From here, it opens up the entire Ötztal dimension for you. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for numerous activities in and around the valley. In winter, the ski resorts of Hoch Oetz, Kühtai, Sölden, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are just a short distance away.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach grocery stores, a bakery, a restaurant, a doctor, and the bus stop.
Getting there
By car
- On the A7 from Ulm-Füssen-Reutte (B314) via the Fernpass to Imst - Ötztal entrance (no toll sticker required).
- On the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Seefeld-Telfs-Ötztal
- On the A8 Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck, exit Ötztal.
Then 4 km to Satuens. Follow the village road towards Tirolerhof/Bärenklause. Just before Tirolerhof, turn sharply left towards Kirche-Haderlehn. Our house is then directly on the left side.
By train
- The nearest train station is the Ötztal Bahnhof, 5 km away. From there, you can comfortably travel by bus.
