The tenant(s) have the option to cancel the rental agreement. The following cancellation conditions apply:
up to 45 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price
up to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
up to 21 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
up to 11 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
thereafter: 90% of the rental price
The lessee has the right to present a substitute lessee. The lessor shall be obliged to accept the offer as long as there are no justified objections against the substitute lessee. There shall be no compensation liability if the substitute lessee enters into the contract under the same terms.
To cover the costs of a cancellation, it is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Far up north, at the northernmost point of mainland Germany, lies the enchanting Holnis peninsula. Our two holiday apartments "Strandperle" and "Waterkant" are located in a small, nice holiday apartment complex.
The beautiful beach “Holnis Drei” is only about 50m away. The water here is usually crystal clear and, due to the large shallow water zone, particularly suitable for families with children.
Getting there
By car
A7 towards Flensburg
Motorway exit: Flensburg/Glücksburg
Continue on B 200 until exit Glücksburg/FL-South/FL-East
Take the eastern bypass, and continue on Nordstraße/B199
Turn left towards Glücksburg onto the "Glücksburger Chaussee"
Drive through Glücksburg and continue towards Holnis via Holnisstraße
Drive through Bockholm and after about 1 km turn right onto the street “Drei” (towards the beach / district Drei)
Turn right again and after 100 m you will find the holiday apartment complex.
Our parking spaces (“Strandperle”: No. 9 // “Waterkant”: No. 13) are located directly in front of the residential complex.

Our two holiday apartments "Strandperle" and "Waterkant" are located on the beautiful Holnis peninsula. They are currently undergoing a major renovation and will be ready for our valued guests from April 2021.
Our goal is to inspire our guests with the beauty of Holnis just as much as it inspires us.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal für unsere Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Die Wohnung war ruhig. Wir haben alle so gut geschlafen!
Wir überlegen die Wohnung irgendwann auch in der kälteren Zeit zu buchen und es uns vor dem Kamin gemütlich zu machen. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die kleinen Details stimmen hier. Das Wellnessbad ist das beste welches wir jemals in einer Ferienwohnung gesehen haben.
Auch Frau Frahm ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Gerne buchen wir die Wohnung nochmal.
