Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the lessor is decisive.
If the lessee withdraws from the rental contract, he has to pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the lessor and the lost profit in the following amount:

The Pfarrhof Dewitz is located only 20 minutes from downtown Leipzig or the Leipzig Fair, but still in the middle of greenery and extremely quiet. Even by bike it takes you only 45 min. to the city center and still you live directly at the nature reserve Parthenaue. The apartment can be the starting point for long hikes in nature or for wonderful cultural events in the city. It is 3.2 km to the Taucha "S-Bahn" station. Bicycles can be rented for 10 euros per stay or week.

The Dewitz vicarage forms a picturesque ensemble together with the village church, the meadow and the former village school.
Getting there
By car, it is best to travel via the A14 freeway and take the exit "Leipzig Nord-Ost, Taucha". There you follow the B87 in the direction of Torgau. From the exit to the destination it is 4 km. At the traffic lights where the B87 turns left, continue straight ahead along Leipziger Straße through the center of Taucha. Always straight on the Leipziger Straße turns into the Dewitzer Straße. When you see an old factory chimney with a stork's nest on the right, turn into the street "An den Höfen". After 200 meters - just before the playground - you will see (somewhat hidden) the Martin Luther Church Dewitz on the left and the old rectory on the right. You have reached your destination.
Train: Taucha train station is 3.2 km away from Pfarrhof Dewitz. The S-Bahn takes 12 min to Leipzig (Hbf).
Plane: The international airport Leipzig-Halle can be reached via the highway in less than 25 min.

Wir waren als Gruppe von alten Studienfreunden unterwegs und hatten gleich beide Wohnungen (Kirchblick und Partheblick) gemietet. Das war einfach perfekt! Wir treffen uns in dieser Gruppe jährlich und werden uns ab jetzt immer hier treffen! Wir haben jahrelang nach einer solchen Location gesucht. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rückzugsort und die große Wohnküche ist der perfekte Gemeinschaftsraum. Ein gemeinsamer Koch- und Spieleabend wurde in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem geräumigen und gleichzeitig so gemütlichen Essbereich zum absoluten Highlight. Zumal ist die Wohnung zentral in Deutschland und nah an der Autobahn gelegen, sodass wir aus allen Himmelsrichtungen kommend eine ähnlich weite Anfahrt haben. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir schon gebucht ;)
