Located in the heart of the charming Drava river floodplain landscape of Upper Carinthia, directly beneath the "Ortenburg" castle ruins, just a few minutes' drive to Lake Millstättersee, the valley station of the Goldeck ski and hiking area, and 3.5 km to the city center of Spittal/Millstättersee. The famous "Drau Cycle Path" runs right past the front door.

Getting there
Arrival via the A 10 Tauern motorway, exit at Spittal Ost, continue towards Baldramsdorf, past the cable car, continue to the Unterhaus town sign, then after about 300 meters on the right is the Reidnwirt inn (in the curve) and right after that the green gate!

Vorab: eigentlich sollte man hier keine Bewertung schreiben - das Risiko, dass es danach vielleicht ausgebucht ist, wenn wir wieder kommen wollen, ist schließlich enorm! Aber da wir ja nicht 365 Tage/Jahr kommen können, wäre es gemein, es nicht zu tun...:) Wir haben selten so eine herzliche Vermieterin wie Susanne getroffen. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, nicht nur unsere Hündin hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der private Swimmingpool (der von den Zweibeinern mit benutzt werden darf) ist der Hammer. Die Wohnung ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Kärnten an sich ist ein wunderbares Urlaubsziel mit Hund, eine Woche war eigentlich zu kurz. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Wo wir wohnen werden, wissen wir auch schon...:)
