Holiday destination

Our apartment by the brook is located in the center and yet close to nature. From the house it is only a few minutes walk to the village square with all attractions. The entrance to the Schennaer Waalweg is also within a few minutes walk, the valley station of Meran2000 you can reach by car in five minutes. The bus to Merano stops at a bus stop just below the apartment, so you can also enjoy a car-free vacation.

Getting there

Coming by car over the Brenner Pass in the direction of Merano, exit at Sinich, then in the direction of Hafling/Dorf Tirol/Schenna (10-15 minutes from the main road). own private parking place 10 m in front of the apartment door. by train/bus: public train connections from Munich via Bolzano with final stop Merano. From there by bus every 11 minutes (rush hour) or every 30 minutes (off-peak hours) in 18 minutes to Schenna village. Alternatively every Wednesday and Saturday direct bus connection Munich-Schenna.

Host informationYour landlords are Tanja and Max Breitling from Bavaria. South Tyrol is our second home since 2015. In the Vinschgau in a secluded location, we also rent our rustic, 500 year old vacation home, the Koflhittl. With this apartment in Schenna we have now once again fulfilled a dream, quasi the counterpart to the Koflhittl: modern and central, but equally in the midst of the wonderful South Tyrolean hiking and skiing world.

Wir sind gerade erst wieder von einem 14 tägigen Urlaub aus Schenna zurück. Das Appartement am Bach ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Küche, Bad, und Wohnraum lassen keine Wünsche offen. Highlights sind der Kaffeevollautomat, das schnelle WLAN, und der phantastische Ausblick vom Balkon. Das macht den morgendlichen Kaffee gleich noch besser. Aber auch die drei Fernsehgeräte, (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, und Kinderzimmer) sind an einem Regentag, oder nach einer langen Wanderung nicht zu verachten. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass die Wohnung perfekt sauber war. Das ist leider nicht überall der Fall. Wir hatten jedenfalls einen tollen Urlaub in Schenna, und daran hatte das Appartement am Bach einen großen Anteil.
