Our 'Hauerhof 99', a traditional wine grower’s house of the 17th century, is located in the center of Kritzendorf, 2 km from the city of Klosterneuburg, surrounded by vineyards, the Vienna Woods and the Danube. 10 km (15 minutes) to Vienna by car or train, and 10 minutes by subway to the very center of Vienna (St. Stephans Cathedral). The Danube cycling path, train station, supermarket, restaurant are within 500 m distance.

Getting there

A1 motorway west: exit St. Christophen, head for Judenau, Königstetten, Greifenstein, Kritzendorf. A2 motorway south: in Vienna take A22 Donauuferautobahn, until exit Klosterneuburg to road B 14, until Kritzendorf A4 motorway east: in Vienna take A22 Donauuferautobahn, until exit Klosterneuburg to road B 14, until Kritzendorf

Die Wohnung 3 ist unsere Lieblingsunterkunft auf unserem Lieblingsweingut mit unserer Lieblings-Eigentümerin/-Köchin/-Gastgeberin/-Winzerin/-Energiebündlerin/-Freudestrahlende/-Chefin im besten Sinne. Fahrradfahren, Wandern, Schwimmen, Wien leicht per ÖPNV erreichbar, Einkaufmöglichkeit nahe bei, Ruhe und Erholung im ganzen großen Garten möglich. Die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße, Hanglage eben, ist wegen der Annehmlichkeiten für uns nebensächlich.
