Our settlement Up Süderdün is a quiet residential area on Norderney with well-kept single-family and semi-detached houses.
The West beach with the popular pirate playground and climbing park is within walking distance. The Children and Youth Game Park "Cape Horn" is just around the corner.
A super and an Edeka market are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The center can be reached in about 8 minutes.
Getting there
Our apartment is located between the ferry pier and the town center. Wonderful to walk (about 8 minutes) or to reach by taxi.

Sehr komfortabel ausgestatte Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen in perfekter Lage. Hafen, Strand, Innenstadt, sowie Parkanlage mit Indoorspielplatz sind jeweils 10 Minuten Fußläufig entfernt.
Geschirr, Besteck etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden und in guter Qualität. Kein Poco Halbplastikbesteck, wie leider häufig in anderen Ferienwohnungen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und immer kurzfristig zu erreichen.
Wenn wir noch mal Urlaub auf Norderney machen sollten, wäre diese Wohnung unsere erste Wahl.

Die Ferienwohnung im Haus Andrea lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles und damit meine ich wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Spiele, Küchenausstattung, gemütliche Räume, bikobello sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten noch keine Ferienwohnung in der wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben und uns so herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt haben.
