Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation conditions:
The entitlement to cancellation fees for cancellations of bookings is:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Thereafter, 90 percent of the total amount
- Deposit after booking confirmation, 20 percent of the total amount
- No credit card/cash payment or transfer of the balance on arrival
2. Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your booking within 14 days of booking confirmation without giving any reason in writing
(e.g. letter, e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period
the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient.

3. Leaving the apartment:
- The guest has to leave the apartment swept clean
- The host takes care of the final cleaning "free of charge"
- The guest must report damage to the apartment to the host

- Departure: until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
- Check-in: from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Wir waren eine Woche in der sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung der Familie Schmidt in Berchtesgaden, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlte an nicht ,wir haben jeden Tag den tollen Ausblick genossen. Familie Schmidt ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die wunderschöne Wohnung auch gerne weiter.

Vielen Dank an Fam. Schmidt für die überaus freundliche Aufnahme in der großzügigen und sehr komfortablen Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail außergewöhnlich und sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet. Fußläufig ist dank der zentralen, aber dennoch ruhig gelegenen Lage, alles prima innerhalb weniger Min. zu erreichen (Busbahnhof, Restaurants, Geschäfte).
Die Vermieter konnten uns sehr viele tolle Tipps und Infos geben.
Mit Sicherheit kommen wir wieder!
