1. Cancellation before 90 days before the start of the holiday: Refund 90% of sums paid.
2. Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before the start of the holiday: The 50% deposit remains the property of the owner
3. Cancellation before 45 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay is due to the owner.
