Holiday destination
Our idyllic house situated on the sunny hillside of Zell am See, overlooking the town centre and the lake. The very distinctive feature of the Appartementhaus Lumpi is the breathtaking view on the lake and the glaciers and mountain peaks around you. The comfortable apartment with a panoramic window and a big terrace and garden invites to relax and unwind. Children can discover all day long the spacious garden and play ground. The apartments provide the ideal starting point for trips or sports activities in the area. The landscape offers the ideal basis for some of the most beautiful hiking paths up to the mountains.
You just need about four minutes by car or about 15 minutes by foot to reach the lake, the skiing slopes and the old town.
Getting there
From Saalfelden: turn right after Jet petrol stations ==> Schillerstraße, 2nd street on the right ==> Bergstraße,
turn left at Hotel Eichenhof ==> Dr. Müller Promenade, always following the street ==> Sonnbergstraße,
after three hairpin bends you will see us on the right-hand side.
From Mittersill: after Hotel Glasererhaus turn left ==> Schillerstraße, 2nd street on the right ==> Bergstraße,
turn left at Hotel Eichenhof ==> Dr. Müller Promenade, always following the street ==> Sonnbergstraße,
after three hairpin bends you will see us on the right-hand side.

Waren als paar mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort. Frau lumpi war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist unfassbar. Das Haus befindet sich hoch auf dem Berg und ist sehr schön. War ein sehr toller Urlaub! Können es echt jedem weiterempfehlen.

Das ist eine richtig schöne Ferienwohnung in der die Gastgeber versucht haben genau auf die Wünsche von Urlaubern einzugehen. Es fehlt fast nichts was man vermissen könnte. Eine sehr liebevolle Ausstattung mit vielen reizenden kleinen Tetails. Wir haben uns hier eine Woche lang sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sehr gern wieder kommen. Macht einfach weiter so!
