Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 28 days before arrival.
After that, we charge a cancellation fee of 40 %, and 60 % if cancelled within 14 days before arrival.
In case of illness, a free cancellation is possible with medical proof.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for extra peace of mind.
If there’s a serious reason (e.g. illness, family emergency), we are happy to offer a flexible rebooking or free cancellation – just contact us.
In case of a short-notice cancellation, we’ll gladly provide a voucher for a future stay – depending on availability and agreement.
Deposit & Security:
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a 20 % deposit of the total price.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival.
No security deposit is required.

How to find us:
From Klagenfurt, take the Rosentaler Straße in the direction of Loibl Pass.
In Lambichl, turn right toward Köttmannsdorf, then continue to Ludmannsdorf.
In the village of Bach, turn right at the football field, then right again toward Großkleinberg.
Follow the signs to Ferienwohnung Ogrishöhe (approx. 1.5 km from Bach).
Alternative via highway A2:
Exit Velden/Wörther See Ost (9220)
Follow B83 / Kärntner Straße via Villacher Straße,
St. Egydener Straße, Oberdörfl, and Franzendorf to Bach.
At the football field on your left, turn off toward Großkleinberg –
from there it's about 1.5 km to Ogrishöhe, Großkleinberg 1.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Vom großen Balkon hatten wir einen traumhaft schönen Panoramablick ins Rosental und auf die Karawanken.Für Wanderungen,Ausflüge und vieles mehr ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.
