Bamberg, Kulmbach, Coburg are easy to reach. To Nürnberg its only 1 hour car distance, to Munich 3 hours.

Getting there
From Frankfurt take A3 to Nürnberg, exit 79 - Pommersfelden. A short distance B505 to Coburg / Kronach / Bamberg -> A73 to Suhl.
Follow until exit 13 - Lichtenfels - Süd.
B173 to Kronach. In Kronach take "Staatstraße 2200" -> Hof, after Tschirn, 8 km north.
In Steinberg at the crossing (traffic lights) go right and after the bride left. 2km uphill. Now you are in Eibenberg. Your apartment is the last house right side.

Nach einer überwältigenden Begrüßung mit Sekt , Kuchen und einer detaillierten Einweisung in die Wohnung haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Barbara ist als Gastgeberin stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit gewesen, Extrawünsche wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist opulent ausgestattet, auch mit etlichen Informationmaterialien; die Küche ist perfekt mit endlich mal genügend leeren Schubladen für das Mitgebrachte an Lebensmitteln. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet im Laura-Ashley-Cottage-Stil; wir haben wunderbar in dem Bett geschlafen.

Hallo liebe Gäste!
Vielen lieben Dank für die überschwänglichen Lobesworte für mein Haus, den Garten und mich. Ich freue mich sehr darüber.
Dafür, dass ihr Anfang April hier ward, hatten wir viele sonnige Tage. Die Natur ist natürlich noch im Winterschlaf und die Landschaft sieht noch kahl aus. Jetzt, Mitte April, sind die Laubbäume ausgeschlagen und die hellgrün Blätter strahlen mich an. Ein Traum, was doch 14 Tage ausmachen und ich bin mir sicher, dass ich volle Punktzahl bekäme. Ich freue mich, wenn ihr Zwei mal wieder kommt....aber dann erst ab Mai.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in deiner schönen Ferienwohnung Barbara! Die Unterkunft war sehr geflegt, gemütlich und perfekt für ein paar erholsame Tage. Besonders in Erinnerung bleib uns der saftige Pflaumenkuchen und der herzhafte Zwiebelkuchen-ein absoluter Genuss! Babara war eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit ihrer offenen Art sofort willkommen hieß. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße.

Das ist ja eine richtig schöne Überraschung, dass ihr hier so liebe Worte schreibt. Vergelt's Gott sagen wir dafür!
Ich habe die Zeit mit euch auch genossen, unsere Treffen, immer gutes Essen und Trinken dabei, anregende Unterhaltung. Viele Erlebnisse und grandiose Erinnerungsfotos.
Wenn ihr dann noch gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder bucht, hat der Frankenwald euch wohl überzeugt...auch weil ihr draußen selten Jemandem begegnet.
