Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival we only keep the down payment of 20%. 2 weeks prior to arrival we have to withhold 50% of the rent. If cancelled 1 week before arrival date we are sorry, but will not be able to refund the payment.

It is very close to the universityand university clinic of Muenster, which makes it very attractive for guest professorships or family of long-term patients in the hospital. A farmers market on friday afternoons offers many regional products. The Werse Radweg as well as the 100-castle-route supply many possibilities for wonderful bike tours. Getting there
The house is in ROXEL... not Havixbeck!! It's very easy to get here. Only about 5 km from the Autobahn A1, A43 and the B54.
