Holiday destination
The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the ski station and is therefore a perfect starting point for direct hiking opportunities in our beautiful mountain landscape.
Additional cycle paths and footpaths for long bike tours and walks also ensure a varied and relaxing holiday.
The cross-country ski trail from the ski stadium can also be used in winter. The Garmisch-Classic ski area is just 10 minutes away by car.
There is also a bus stop and a drinks market a 2-minute walk away.
Another 10-15 minutes on foot will take you to the center with further shopping opportunities.
Getting there
Arrival by car via the B2. After the tunnel stay on the road towards Partenkirchen. Stay on the main road through the district. Either you turn directly into Dreitorspitzstraße or turn right at the “Orterer” drinks market into the side street “Alpenstrasse”. At the end of the street you will find your destination, the corner house at Dreitorspitzstraße 47. You can also take the train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station.

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung im 1. OG. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Olympiastadion (3min zu Fuß). Alle Räume mit Fußbodenheizung und sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben die 3 Wochen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die beiden Vermieter (Marianne und Toni) sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, wenn mal was sein sollte. Für 4 Personen perfekt.

Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage sehr nah an der Sprungschanze ist gleichzeitig ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt unserem Vermieter-Ehepaar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist äußerst großzügig geschnitten, das Badezimmer sehr modern und groß. Klare fünf von fünf Punkten!
