Cancellation policy
The following cancellation charges apply:
- 28 days or more before arrival: free of charge
- 15 to 27 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price
- 14 days or fewer before arrival: 90% of the accommodation price
The applicable charge is determined by the date on which we receive your cancellation.
Any income from rebooking the cancelled dates will be deducted from the cancellation charges. You expressly retain the right to demonstrate that we have suffered no loss or a substantially lower loss.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Our holiday apartment is located in Schwangau-Waltenhofen, just around 200 m from Lake Forggensee. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, mountain hikes and cycling tours, as well as excursions into the mountains, to the royal castles and nearby lakes. The historic old town of Füssen is about 5 km away, and the nearest bus stop is around 180 m from the apartment. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Getting there
Our holiday apartment is located in the quiet district of Waltenhofen in Schwangau, just a few minutes from Füssen and the famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. You can easily reach us by car via the A7 motorway to Füssen, followed by a drive of approximately 5 minutes. Füssen railway station is only about 5 km away; from there, you can reach the apartment by bus or taxi. The nearest bus stop is just 180 metres away from our apartment, providing convenient connections throughout the region.
