Cancellation Conditions
It is always annoying when something comes up before for a long awaited holiday, and you cannot make the trip. Its a shame also for other guests who would have liked to have come, but an apartment was not available.
If you cancel up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee. We will send you the deposit back or credit you for a later stay.
If you cancel 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge a 50 % cancellation fee of the booked stay.
If you cancel 1 week to arrival day or do not show up, we charge a 80 % cancellation fee of the booked stay. In the case of early departure we charge the full price.

Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden, hatten eine komfortable Basis für unsere Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Der Brötchenservice war top, die Umgebung ruhig, erholsam und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Wir können den Huaterhof mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir durften einen sehr guten und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Wir kommen schon sehr viele Jahre ins Zillertal und waren diesmal sehr positiv überrascht, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail die Appartements eingerichtet sind und es an nichts gefehlt hat. Im Gegenteil, dieses Mal hatten wir viel zu viel dabei, da wir es anders gewöhnt waren. Ganz lieben Dank für ganz tolle 2 Wochen!
