a) If you withdraw from the 42th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price.
b) If you withdraw from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

Even though this holiday home takes its guests by storm and offers all the amenities for a completely successful vacation, it's definitely worth getting out and about. How about a bike ride along the lake? And even though many kilometers can be easily covered in the saddle, the stunning view of the lake is definitely worth taking a short break. Perhaps at the Sandseele on Reichenau or during a detour to the Höri peninsula? For those who want to feel the sun on their skin and the wind in their hair, a sailing trip is ideal. Or a round of water skiing. But a stroll through the winding streets of Konstanz's old town is also a delight. Incidentally, culture lovers will find plenty to enjoy in the numerous studios, galleries, and museums, with cabaret, exhibitions, music, and theater. This also applies to culinary delights: Lake Constance is one of those regions where you should really be able to enjoy a nonstop meal. Anyone who has experienced Baden's specialties knows why the locals love them so much. And for those who like to get active, you can walk, run, inline skate, or ride a horse here. And then you'll also need a bit of time to settle in.
