Die Wohnung ist wie bei Ihnen üblich, top ausgestattet. Auch alle Abläufe perfekt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen:
Direkt unter dem Balkon ein italienisches Restaurant mit Außenbereich. Das ist natürlich mit einer entsprechenden Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung verbunden. Für uns nicht so schlimm, weil wir wegen der noch niedrigen Außentemperaturen den Balkon nicht genutzt haben. Bei besseren Wetterbedingungen wäre das nicht so schön. Ich fände es fair, wenn in Ihrer Objektbeschreibung ein entsprechender Hinweis wäre.
