Cancellation and Travel Withdrawal:

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we grant you the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation no later than 45 days before the arrival day 30% of the agreed total price
Cancellation no later than 8 days before the arrival day 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival day and in case of early departure 80% of the agreed total price
An already paid deposit for confirmation will be offset.

You can reach us either via the Brenner - Sterzing - Jaufenpass - St. Leonhard in Passeier or Brenner - Bolzano Sud - Merano - Passeier Valley - St. Leonhard in Passeier or via the Fernpass - Ötztal - Timmelsjoch - St. Leonhard in Passeier (only in summer)

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles war sauber und heil. Von der Residence ist das Ortszentrum schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen inklusive Bäcker und zentraler Bushaltestelle. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.
