Cancellation policy
Payment and Rental Conditions
Deposit: 30% of the total rental price, due immediately upon booking.
Balance payment: Due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
If you unexpectedly need to cancel your trip, we kindly request a written cancellation (preferably by email). To provide planning security for both you and us, the following staggered deadlines apply:
Up to 90 days before arrival: Free cancellation (full refund of your deposit).
89 to 45 days before arrival: The deposit (30%) will be retained as a cancellation fee.
44 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
29 days or less before arrival: 80% of the total rental price will be charged.
No-Show: 100% of the total rental price.
Note: Please understand that in the event of a delayed arrival or an early departure – regardless of the reasons – unfortunately, no refund can be issued for unused days. We therefore strongly recommend that our guests take out comprehensive travel cancellation insurance.

Culinary delights & Markets: After a beautiful 20-minute walk along the beach, you will reach the oyster port – enjoy freshly caught oysters and shrimp straight from the producer here. During the peak season, vibrant fresh markets also entice visitors with regional fruit, cheese, and local crafts.

The "Coquille.LaOasis" accommodation is beautifully situated on a peninsula in Leucate. It is nestled between the stunning Mediterranean Sea and the Étang de Leucate – one of the world's best spots for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Surrounded by fragrant pine forests, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the majestic Pyrenees here.
The naturist village "Oasis Village" is a paradise for naturists, well-known for its safe, child- and family-friendly atmosphere. The absolute dream: the expansive natural sandy beach with its unique pier is just 20 meters away! Because the water slopes very gently, it is also highly enjoyable for non-swimmers and children. Right in the village and within the immediate complex, you will find everything for your daily needs: a cozy stone-oven pizza restaurant, the best bakery in the region, a tobacco shop, as well as a small supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, there is a large Lidl supermarket in Port Leucate (about 10 km away) for your weekly grocery shopping.

Y car: Via the A7 and A9 motorways towards Barcelona, taking exit no. 40 "Leucate".
By train: To Leucate-La Franqui, Perpignan, or Narbonne.
By plane: To Perpignan or Toulouse.
