Cancellation policy
YYou can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are obliged to compensate us for any damages incurred, unless the rental can be rebooked elsewhere.
From the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord up to 42 days before the start of the rental, no compensation is required.
If you cancel less than 42 days before the rental start, the full travel price must be paid.
The receipt date of your cancellation notice is what counts. Any amounts already paid will be credited. You can provide a replacement person who enters into your contract under the same conditions. A written notification is sufficient. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Getting there
Travel by train via Rostock. From there, there is a direct connection by bus 121, which runs every 30–60 minutes.
Please note: The DB Navigator usually shows connections to Rerik that involve transfers. However, you can always reach Rerik directly by taking bus 121, which departs from Rostock Central Bus Station (ZOB). The transfer connections shown in the DB Navigator do not save you any time.
Rerik is also easily accessible from Berlin with the Deutschlandticket!
Travelling by train via Wismar is another option, but it is less convenient due to the required transfers.
