Cancellation policy
You may cancel free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel your booking or shorten your stay within the 60-day period before arrival, we will, of course, make every effort to re-let the holiday apartment immediately. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the agreed rental price.

Holiday destination
You can reach the center of Mittenwald—including the "Obermarkt" pedestrian zone surrounding the parish church of St. Peter and Paul—in about a 5-minute walk. The historic and particularly picturesque "Im Gries" district is just a 2- to 3-minute walk from Landhaus Albrecht.
The Kranzberg chairlift is located only about 200 meters away as the crow flies; with your guest card, you even get a free ride up or down the mountain! In winter, this offers convenient access to the ski area.
Getting there
The Munich–Innsbruck train connection takes you directly to Mittenwald station (located approximately 800 meters from Landhaus Albrecht). If you prefer to travel by car, take the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then the B2 to Mittenwald. Long-distance buses follow this same route, traveling directly from Munich Airport to Mittenwald on their way to Innsbruck.
