The sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. A bakery, ice cream shop, restaurants, and a discount supermarket (Netto) are also within easy reach. With its new outdoor pool, many large playgrounds, and short distances, Norddeich is a top vacation destination. A highlight of any stay is a visit to the seal sanctuary and water fun at the Ocean Wave wave pool (both within walking distance). If you’d like to spend some days at the beach on an island, you can travel directly to Norderney or Juist from the local ferry terminal.
